WEAR

Jewellery is a finishing touch to an outfit – the last to be added and the first removed.

To keep pieces looking their best, avoid contact with perfume, lotions, fake tan, make-up and hair products. Remove before going in the shower, pool or sea.

STORE

To protect your jewellery, pieces should be placed in the pouch or box provided.

Ideally store your jewellery in a dark, cool and dry place.

CLEAN

Gold-plated silver: use a soft, gentle polishing cloth.

Silver: use a soft, gentle polishing cloth.

Textiles: use a damp, soft cloth and lightly brush this over the ribbons, do not rub.

REPAIR

In the unlikely event that an item may need to be repaired, we will repair pieces purchased through www.emmacalvert.com at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a charge.

Please contact us with specific repair requests to determine whether repair can be accommodated. All associated delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
