Orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery as a fully tracked and insured service.
A signature will be required on delivery

International Delivery - £15

Any duties, taxes, customs charges and associated handling fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.

Please do get in touch if you are looking for an item that is out of stock or need something for a special occasion and may need a faster delivery time and I’ll see what I can do!

Returns

I hope that you will love your piece of Emma Calvert jewellery, however I am able to refund/exchange items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.  Please email studio@emmacalvert.com to return your item with details of your order number and reason for return.  I will contact you as soon as your item has been received to arrange refund/exchange.

Emma Calvert Jewellery cannot refund postage and packing charges.  

Bespoke pieces are exempt from our refund and exchange policies. 

Please use a recorded delivery service for your own protection.  Emma Calvert Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
